This explains what personal data we collect when you use this site or order from us, why, and your rights under UK data protection law.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, delivery date, basket contents, and company details for trade orders.
  • Trade enquiries: company, contact name, job title, email, phone, usage, volumes and any message you send.
  • Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and fault-finding.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To take, deliver and support your order (contract).
  • To send order confirmations, dispatch and tracking emails (contract).
  • To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To respond to trade enquiries and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
  • We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database hosting, London region), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies) and delivery carriers (name, address, phone and delivery instructions only). We do not sell your data. Our delivery carrier is FedEx.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years to meet tax and company law requirements. Trade enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to an account.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or have it moved to another provider. To do so, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
