What we use

• Basket storage: your basket is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It is strictly necessary and never leaves your device until checkout.
• Admin sign-in cookie: only set for staff signing in to the admin area.
• Payment: Stripe may set its own cookies on its hosted checkout page for fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie policy.

Analytics

We use cookie-free analytics from Vercel that do not identify you, so we don't need your consent for them.

We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us, so we can improve the site. These cookies are only set if you press Accept on our cookie banner. If you press Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The data is processed by Google and is used for our own reporting; we do not use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the footer, which also clears the Google Analytics cookies if you withdraw consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The shop will still work, but your basket may not be remembered.
